3) Rough selection of capacity
Considering the above 2), add the clearance rate by 10% each except for lecture room, kitchen, or special
area, and select the capacity.
The nominal area is selected on the basis of outdoor 35°C and indoor 27°C, but actually the temperature in
condenser is higher than standard condition according to summer hottest temperature and condenser installa-
tion condition, so the capacity selection by the rough method does not matter.
