LED diagnostics
After establishing Internet connectivity, at least the following LEDs should solidly light green:
Power and Broadband. When service option 2 is selected (AT&T VPN services), the Internet
LED (@) should also be green. Service option 1 (AT&T VPN Gateway /Cisco) will not activate
the Internet LED, even when there is an active Internet connection.
In the table below an overview of the LED indications is available.

Green flashing The modem is in bootP mode, bootloader is active, please wait 5
minutes. If it keeps flashing, pls request modem replacement
Red solid
Power on, self-test failed, indicating device malfunction
Orange solid Bootloader selftest

Bootloader active (during upgrade)
Ethernet
off LAN ports are down
green LAN port(s) are up, no traffic
flashing green LAN port(s) are up, there is traffic
USB
off this LED is not used
green line has synchronized and up
flashing green
slow flashing: modem is looking for signal
fast flashing: modem has found signal and is trying to synchronize
Internet
off In case of router mode no Internet is possible
green All is fine
Upgrade
off No software upgrade running
blue
