40/62
Information - "Laser" alarm (Output NPN 13-31)
- Equivalent and remote function of the front of the CCU (red light: # 9)
- This signal indicated the presence of an alarm.
- Output NPN: 13 (NPN+) - 31 (NPN-)
- Maximum current: 200 mA - 24 V
- Status: Alarm activated: transistor closed
Alarm disabled: open transistor
Information - Ready to marking (Output 14-32 - dry contact)
- Equivalent and remote function of the front of the CCU (green light: # 7)
- This signal indicates that the CCU has received all the instructions required to perform a marking.
- The "CCU ready" message, sent by a "dry" contact relay, is available between pins 14 and 32.
- Maximum current: 200 mA - 24 V
- Status: Ready to marking: closed contact
Marking not ready: open contact
To use this information for a production line integration: marking can only occur if the CCU is ready to perform the
next marking operation. Used to prevent any problems when changing from one part to another.
This signal changes to 0 when marking is in progress.
Information - Marking in progress (Output 15-33 - dry contact)
- This signal indicates that the CCU is performing a marking.
- The information "Marking in progress" is available between pins 15 and 33. It is provided by a potential free
"dry" contact (relay contact).
- Maximum current: 200 mA - 24 V
- Status: Marking in progress: closed contact
No marking: open contact
Information - Shutter’s condition (Output NPN 16-34)
- Equivalent and remote function of the front of the CCU (Green light)
- This signal indicates the current position of the shutter.
- Output NPN: 16 (NPN+) - 34 (NPN-)
- Maximum current: 200 mA - 24 V
- Status: Shutter open: transistor closed
Shutter closed: open transistor
Information - Key state (Output NPN 17-35)
- This signal indicates the state of the security key.
- Output NPN: 17 (NPN+) - 35 (NPN-)
- Maximum current: 200 mA - 24 V
- Status: Key at position 1: transistor closed
Key at position 0: open transistor
Information - Emergency stop (Output 18-36 - dry contact)
- This signal indicates whether or not the emergency stop has been activated.
- "Emergency stop" information is available between pins 18 and 36. It is provided by a potential free "dry"
contact (relay contact).
- Maximum current: 200 mA - 24 V
- Status: Emergency stop activated: closed contact
Emergency stop closed (normal operation): open contact
