Using the equipment
Arm curl - high pulley (biceps)
Handle in high position.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand facing the weight stack with your legs spread for greater stability and grasp the handle
with your arm outstretched, reverse grip.
Curl your forearm up without moving your upper arm.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
