Using the equipment
External shoulder rotation
(supraspinatous, subspinatous, teres minor)
Handle at elbow height.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand with the side to be exercised away from the weight stack, elbow at your side, arm bent
at 90° and rotated close to your trunk, legs slightly apart. Grasp the side handgrip with your
free hand for greater stability.
Rotate your arm externally while keeping your elbow at an angle of 90°.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
