Using the equipment
Internal shoulder rotation
(subscapular, teres major, greater pectoral)
Handle at elbow height.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand with the side to be exercised toward the weight stack, elbow at your side, arm bent at 9
and turned outward, with legs spread for greater stability.
Turn the arm inward while keeping the elbow at an angle of 90°.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
