Using the equipment
Fly - single arm (greater pectoral)
Handle at shoulder height.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand with the arm to be exercised stretched towards the weight stack and your legs slightly
apart for greater stability.
Abduct your outstretched arm inward.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
Alter the cable output height to change the working angle of the pectoral muscle.
