Using the equipment
Close grip push down (triceps)
Triceps bar in high position.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand facing the weight stack, grasp the bar at chest height with your arms bent.
Extend your forearm downward without moving your upper arm.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
