Using the equipment
French press - single arm (triceps)
Handle in high position.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Stand with your back towards the weight stack and move the leg on the same side as the working
arm in front of the other for greater stability.
Grasp the handle with your arm bent.
Extend your forearm without moving your upper arm.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
