Using the equipment
Back leg swing (gluteus)
Ankle strap in low position.
Select the workload with the relevant pin and put on the ankle strap.
Stand facing the weight stack and grasp the two side handgrips to steady your torso. The leg to
be exercised should be slightly raised o the ground and in front of the other.
Swing your leg back holding your torso still and tilted slightly forward.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
