Using the equipment
Hip exion - low pulley (hip exors)
Ankle strap in low position.
Select the workload with the relevant pin and put on the ankle strap.
Stand with your back to the weight stack and grasp the two side handgrips to steady your torso.
The leg to be exercised should be slightly raised o the ground and behind the other.
Bend your knee and swing your leg upwards, keeping your trunk still.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
