Using the equipment
Pulldown (dorsals)
Attach the lat bar with the 2-in-1 connector.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Sit down and position your legs underneath the roller pads. To adjust the height of the roller
pads release the rollers lever (A) by operating the button positioned on it.
The padded rollers let you use a load close to or greater than your body weight.
Stand, hold the bar symmetrically, using the indentations provided to ensure this, then sit back
down.
Pull the bar down; make sure that your spine does not bend during the exercise.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
