Using the equipment
Pulldown (dorsals)
Attach the triangle with the 2-in-1 connector.
Select the workload with the relevant pin.
Sit down and place your feet on the footboards, with your knees slightly bent.
Hold the triangle symmetrically.
Pull the triangle with both arms at the same time, without your torso moving backwards.
Control the speed of movement constantly; the return speed should be slower than the outward
speed.
The weight stack should not return completely to rest position during the return stage.
