Acquire the Signal
Horizontal position: Wh en Delay Mode is
on, th is is the time from the trigger point to
the expansion point. Adjust this by turning
the Horizon tal Position knob.
Use a positive time t o acquire the record
after th e trigger point. Use a negative time
to acq uire it before th e trigger point.
Expansion point: The point that the
horizontal scale e xp ands and contra cts
around. It is shown by an orange triangle.
How the Analog Acquisition Modes Work
Sample mode retains the first sampled point
from each acquisition interval. Sample is the
default mode.
