positions one of the vertical bar cursors at 9 ms.
CURSOR:VBARS:POSITION1?
might return 1.00E-6, indicating a vertical bar cursors is at 1 ms.

Sets or queries the position of the vertical bar cursors (x is either 1 or 2) in units
of % of record length.
