This section provides the warranted and mechanical specifi cations for the TLA5000B Series Logic Analyzers, TLA7000
Series Logic Analyzers, TLA 7Bxx, TLA7ACx, and TLA7N4 Series Logic Analyzer. All specifications (marked with the.
symbol) are guaranteed and can be checked directly or indirectly at your nearest Tektronix location or by following the
procedures described in individual service manuals or performance verification documents. Typical specifications are
provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed.
The performance limits in these specifications are valid under the following conditions:
The instrument must be in an environment with temperature, altitude, humidity, and vibration within the operating limits
described in these specifications.
Logic analyzer modules must be installed in a logic analyzer mainframe.
The instrument must have had a warm-up period of at least 30 m inutes.
The instrument must have been calibrated and adjusted at an ambient temperature between +20 °C and +30 °C.
