  If the main PCB power LED is off on your TemperZone Thermostat, there could be several reasons. First, check if there is a loss of power to the main PCB and ensure the supply voltage is present. Also, inspect the PCB fuses for any failures. Verify that the 240V/24V switch is in the correct position. Finally, check if any other PCB LEDs are on, as the power LED itself might be faulty.

  If your TemperZone Thermostat displays a 'Fault' message and the 'System OK' LED is off when no fault exists, it could be caused by several reasons. It might be that a device connected to the fault input has initiated a shutdown, so you should correct the fault from the external device. Another possible cause is the fault logic jumper (A/B switch) being in the wrong position, so you should change the fault logic switch position. Finally, check the fault input wiring for shorts on the Flt “A” fault input cabling.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, the sensor calibration settings may be incorrect.

  The intermittent stopping and starting of the fan in your TemperZone Thermostat during heating may not be a fault. Your air conditioning system could be running a de-ice maintenance function. During these events, the indoor fan is turned off to prevent drafts inside the building.
