Installation instructions for kit number 374032
SYNOPSIS / PROBLEM:
This kit contains the parts needed to replace the current squeegee assembly with a new
Tight--Aisle style squeegee assembly on the model 5700 scrubber.
Please follow step-by-step instructions.
SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: NONE
(Estimated time to complete: 1 hour)
PREPARATION:
(Refer to FIG. 1)
1. Raise the squeegee.
2. Turn the machine power off and set the parking break if your machine has this option.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing machine, stop on level surface and set parking
brake. Then turn off machine and remove key.
INSTALLATION:
(Refer to FIG. 1)
1. Remove the squeegee suction hose from the the squeegee.
2. Loosen the two mounting knobs.
3. Pull the squeegee off the machine.
4. Check that the squeegee is still raised, and place the new Tight--Aisle squeegee under the
squeegee pivot.
5. Slide the Tight--Aisle squeegee frame onto the squeegee pivot.
6. Tighten the mounting knobs.
7. Push the squeegee suction hose on the Tight--Aisle squeegee.
8. Start machine and check for proper squeegee blade adjustment and operation.
