Venting the fuel system
• Fill the fuel tank.
• Operate the pump (48/2) at the fuel filter (48/1)
until fuel flows through the fuel filter.
Draining the fuel system
• Place a suitable container under the opening of
the water separator.
• Unscrew the drain valve (48/3) until fuel flows out
of it.
• Remove the container and dispose of the fuel.
Note
• The fuel system must be vented if the fuel
tank has been completely emptied.
