Transforming Objects
Use the
TRFM
menu to translate, reflect, rotate, or dilate an
object, or to create an object that is symmetrical to an existing
object.
Tip

To select the TRFM menu, press
U

If the GeoMaster™ menu bar is not displayed, press

Press
s
to exit the menu item that is currently selected.
Translating an Object
A translation slides a shape a given length in a given direction. A
vector defines the length and direction for the translation. The
original object is unchanged.
1. Draw an object

that provides the length and direction for the
translation.
3. Select
Translation
from the
TRFM
menu.
