2. Insert the four alkaline AAA batteries provided with the handheld into the
battery compartment. Arrange the batteries according to the polarity (+ and
-) diagram.
3. Replace the keypad.
• Align the keypad with the grooves as shown. Don’t try to slide the
keypad in from the bottom of the handheld. Place the keypad about an
inch below the screen so that it fits into the grooves and lies flat.
