Item Description
Date Sets the system date.
Time Sets the system time.
Time Zone Sets the system time zone.
NTP Server Select Yes to allow the N1200 to synchronize with the NTP
server shown below.
Select No to not have the N1200 to synchronize with an NTP
server.
Select User Specified to allow the N1200 to synchronize with
an NTP server of your choice.
System Configuration Backup and Restore
From the System menu,
choose the Config Mgmt
item and the System
Configuration
Download/Upload screen
appears. From here, you can
download or upload stored
system configurations. See
the following table for a
detailed description of each
item.
System Configuration Download/Upload
Item Description
Download Save and export the current system configuration.
Upload Import a saved configuration file to overwrite current system
configuration.
WARNING
If an NTP server is selected, please make sure your N1200’s network has been
setup to access the NTP server.
NOTE
Backing up your system configuration is a great way to ensure that you can revert
to a working configuration when you are experimenting with new system settings.
