Why GPS/Geolocation is not working on my THOMSON TLINK475 Cell Phone?

  There could be several reasons why GPS/Geolocation isn't working. First, ensure that Geolocation and data connection mode are activated. Secondly, check if you have subscribed to a mobile data plan from your service provider. Also, verify that Flight mode is disabled. If you are a Bouygues Telecom subscriber, choose the “Bouygues” or “Bouygues Pro” account. Finally, if you use a virtual mobile phone service provider or subscribe to Free in France, activate the Roaming service under Settings > SIM management > Roaming > Data roaming.

  If your phone displays only “Emergency Call”, first ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted. Then, verify that you are in an area covered by the network. If the issue persists, manually select your network operator by navigating to Settings > More > Mobile networks.

  If your phone cannot play audio or video files, ensure that the file extension ends with “.AVI”, “.MKV”, “.FLV”, “.Jpg” or “.MP3”. Note that proprietary formats such as DivX, WMV, RM, RMVB, IFO and ISO are not supported. Consider converting the file if you encounter compatibility issues.
