  There could be several reasons why your THOMSON Cell Phone is unable to connect to the Internet or receive MMS messages. It may be due to data connection mode not being activated, or you may not have subscribed to a mobile data plan from your service provider. Ensure that flight mode is disabled. If you're a Bouygues Telecom subscriber, select the 'Bouygues' or 'Bouygues Pro' account. Subscribers to virtual mobile phone service providers or Free in France may need to activate the Roaming service.
