❐ 1. Decide the position of hinge then carefully cut
slots at trailing edge and aileron.
❐ 2. Insert hinges in place and use pin to position the
hinge in the center .
❐ 3. Attach the aileron to the trailing edge, remove
all pins then drop CA to the hinges at both sides.
Same procedure on the other aileron.
❐ 4. Locate the servo wire opening doubler, use fine
tip marker to mark where covering is going to
remove.
❐ 5. Remove the covering about 1/8"(3mm) inside
the line you drew. Be careful only cut the
covering or it will hurt the planking.

❐ 6. Glue the doubler in place with instant CA glue.
