Connect multiple TAP units in series and leave terminating resistor only
in final TAP.
If using the quick connectors, remove the terminal block from the TAP
and strip approximately 3cm of insulation from the end of the cable.
Use a small flathead screwdriver to press the conductors into the quick
connectors. The individual conductors do not require stripped ends.
Connect all communication cables before powering on CCA.
