W celu zmontowania (złożenia)
śluzy celkowej z części, należy:
4) Włożyć wpusty pasowane (q) w
przeznaczone na nie gniazda
w wale (p).

1) Once the seals have been inserted on the rotary valve body as described in the
“REPLACEMENT OF SEALS ON MOTOR SIDE” paragraph, insert shaft (p) from
the outside into the rotary valve body, taking care to insert the section of the shaft
meant to be inside the body rst.
1) Nach dem Einlegen der Dichtungen in das Gehäuse der Zellenradschleuse, so
wie es im Abschnitt “AUSTAUSCH DER ANTRIEBSEITIGEN WELLENDICHTUN-
GEN” beschrieben ist, die Welle (p) von außen in das Innere des Gehäuses der
Zellenradschleuse einstecken. Dabei darauf achten, dass zuerst der Teil der Welle
eingesteckt wird, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich im Inneren des Gehäuses zu benden.
1) Une fois les joints insérés sur le corps du distributeur alvéolaire, comme décrit dans
le paragraphe “REMPLACEMENT DES JOINTS COTE MOTEUR”, enler l’arbre
(p) de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur du corps du distributeur, en faisant bien attention
à enler en premier la section de l’arbre destinée à être à l’intérieur du corps.
1) Po założeniu uszczelek w obudowie śluzy celkowej zgodnie z opisem w sekcji
“WYMIANA USZCZELEK WAŁU PO STRONIE NAPĘDU” wsunąć wał (p) od
zewnątrz w obudowę śluzy celkowej. Zwrócić przy tym uwagę na to, aby najpierw
wsunięta została część wału przeznaczona do pracy wewnątrz obudowy śluzy.
2) Take the calibrated pin (o)
2) Den kalibrierten Stift (o) nehmen.
2) Prendre la goupille calibrée (o)
2) Chwycić skalibrowany kołek cylindryczny (o).
3) Insert the calibrated pin (o) in the seat provided for the purpose on the shaft (p).
Make sure the smoothed part is inserted rst. Insert it all the way into the seat
on the shaft.
3) Den Zylinderstift (o) in seinen Sitz auf der Welle (p) stecken. Darauf achten,
dass der abgekantete Teil zuerst eingesteckt wird. Bis zum Anschlag in den Sitz
in der Welle drücken.
3) Monter la goupille calibrée (o) dans le siège de l’arbre (p). Faire attention à
introduire d’abord la partie biseautée. L’enler à fond dans le siège de l’arbre.
3) Włożyć kołek cylindryczny (o) w przeznaczone na niego gniazdo w wale (p).
Zwrócić uwagę na to, aby jako pierwsza wkładana była sfazowana część kołka.
Wcisnąć kołek do oporu w gniazdo w wale.
4) Monter les clavettes (q) dans
les logements prévus sur l’arbre
(p).
4) Die Passferdern (q) in ihre Sitze
auf der Welle (p) stecken.
4) Insert the keys (q) in the seats
provided for the purpose on the
shaft (p).
Pour le montage du Distributeur
alvéolaire, procéder de la manière
suivante:
