5) Insert the rotor (n) into the Rotary valve body. Make sure the part of the rotor
with the central cavity faces outwards.
5) Den Rotor (n) in das Innere des Gehäuses der Zellenradschleuse stecken.
Darauf achten, dass der Zellenradteil mit der zentralen Kerbe nach außen zeigt.
5) - Introduire le rotor (n) à l’intérieur du corps du Distributeur. Prendre soin à ce
que la partie du rotor avec la rainure soit tournée vers l’extérieur.
5) Włożyć wirnik (n) w obudowę śluzy celkowej. Zwrócić przy tym uwagę na to,
aby część wirnika ze środkowym wgłębieniem skierowana była na zewnątrz.
6) Push the rotor (n) into the body, centering the hollow of the keys to t ush with
the calibrated pin (o).
6) Das Zellenrad (n) in das Gehäuseinnere schieben. Dabei die Kerbe der Federkeile
zentrieren bis zum Anschlag mit dem kalibrierten Stift (o).
6) Pousser le rotor (n) à l’intérieur du corps en centrant la rainure des clavettes,
jusqu’à arriver en butée avec la goupille calibrée (o).
6) Wsuwając wirnik (n) w obudowę śluzy celkowej, wycentrować wgłębienie wpustów
pasowanych, tak aby zostały zlicowane ze skalibrowanym kołkiem (o).
7) Take the rotor xing unit (n) consisting of a snap ring (l) and three Belleville
springs (m).
7) Die Befestigungsgruppe des Zellenrads (n) nehmen, die sich aus einem Seeger-
ring (l) und drei Tellerfedern (m) zusammensetzt.
7) Prendre l’ensemble de xation rotor (n) composé d’un circlip (l) et de trois res-
sorts Belleville (m).
7) Przygotować zestaw mocujący wirnik śluzy (n), złożony z jednego pierścienia
Seegera (l) oraz trzech sprężyn talerzowych (m).

8) Złożyć trzy sprężyny talerzowe (m): dwie wypukłą częścią skierowaną do środka, a trzecią, która ma styczność z
wirnikiem (na zdjęciu lewa), wypukłą częścią skierowaną do wirnika, tak aby powstała sekwencja, w której wszystkie
sprężyny ułożone są przeciwnie względem siebie.
