TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault Solution
No power/no start
1. Check whether the battery is fully charged.
2. Ensure that the battery is correctly installed and
connected.
3.Turn off the power switch and turn on the power again.
No solution flow/
low solution flow
1. Ensure that there is clean water in the solution water
tank.
2. Check that the clean water tank is placed at the correct
position and the buckle is in place.
3. Check whether the water pipe is blocked.
4. Check whether the water flow button is turned on.
Low suction
1. Check the function of the suction motor.
2. Check whether the interface of squeegee and suction
pipes is blocked.
3. Check whether the squeegee blade is blocked.
4. Check whether the recovery tank is full. If it is full, it is
necessary to empty the recovery tank.
5. Check and tighten the cover of recovery tank.
Stop working
1. Check whether the recovery tank is full. If it is full, it is
necessary to empty the recovery tank.
2. High temperature will lead to motor temperature control
protection. If the corresponding motor stops, stop working
for a while and re-start the machine again.
3. The product is designed for smooth and hard indoor
floor. If it is on rough cement or rubble pavement, the brush
disc will stop working. Please move to the appropriate
ground for work.
Automatic
shutdown
Check the battery and charge if needed.
Heavy pushing
When the brush motor is turned on, there is forward
assistance. If it cannot be pushed, check to make sure the
brushes are rotating.
Note: Do not push and hold the ON/OFF button for more than 10 seconds. This will
cause the unit to become inoperable. If this happens, hold the ON/OFF button down
for 10 seconds. This hold will reset the machine and restore it to normal use.
