  If the drive of your Toro Lawn Mower feels weak, several factors could be responsible. The PERSONAL PACE® torsion spring might be overwound; in this case, remove and reinstall it with the correct wrap. A worn belt or pulley can also cause this issue, so consider replacing them. Lastly, check if the traction cable spring is disconnected and, if so, install the traction cable end to the transmission.
