Loosenallofthefastenersoneachcoverafewturnsso
thatthecoverisloosebutstillattached,thengoback
andloosenthemuntilthecovercomesfree.Thiswill
preventyoufromaccidentallystrippingtheboltsfree
oftheretainers.
Lubrication
GreasingtheBearingsand
Bushings
ServiceInterval:Every50hours(Greasemorefrequently
whenoperatingconditionsareextremely
dustyorsandy.)
GreaseType:No.2GeneralPurposeLithiumBaseGrease.
Important:Lubricatethegreasettingsimmediately
aftereverywashing,regardlessofintervalspecied.
Bearinglifecanbenegativelyaffectedbyimproperwash
downprocedures.Donotwashdowntheunitwhenit
isstillhotandavoiddirectinghigh-pressureorhigh
volumesprayatthebearingsorseals.
1.Wipethegreasettingscleansoforeignmattercannot
beforcedintothebearingorbushing.
2.Pumpgreaseintothettings.
3.Wipeoffexcessgrease.
