Adjusteachlever,springandrodseparately.
Note:Themotion-controlleversmustbeinstalled
correctly.SeeInstallingtheMotionControlLeversin
thesetupinstructions.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotion-control
leverstotheNEUTRAL-LOCKposition,andsetthe
parkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Unlatchtheseatandtilttheseatforward.
4.Beginwitheithertheleftorrightmotion-control
lever.
5.Movethelevertotheneutralpositionbutnot
locked(Figure66).
6.Pulltheleverbackuntiltheclevispin(onarm
belowpivotshaft)contactstheendoftheslot
(justbeginningtoputpressureonthespring)
(Figure66).
7.Checkwherethecontrolleverisrelativeto
notchinconsole(Figure66).Itshouldbe
centeredallowinglevertopivotoutwardtothe
NEUTRAL-LOCKposition.
