Alwaysremovetheignitionkeyandengage
theparkingbrakewhenleavingthemachine
unattended,evenifjustforafewminutes.
Important:Makesurethatthefuel-shutoffvalve
isclosedbeforetransportingorstoringthe
machine,asfuelleakagemayoccur.Engage
theparkingbrakebeforetransporting.Remove
thekeyasthefuelpumpmayrunandcausethe
batterytolosecharge.
1.DisengagethePTO.
2.Movespeed-controllevertotheNEUTRAL
position.
3.Engagetheparkingbrake.
4.Placethethrottleinthemiddleposition.
5.Allowtheenginetorunforaminimumof15
seconds,thenturntheignitionswitchtotheOFF
positiontoshutofftheengine.
6.Removethekeytopreventchildrenorother
unauthorizedpersonsfromstartingtheengine.
