1.Stoptheengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removethekey.Engagetheparkingbrake.
2.Allowthemachinetocooldown.
3.Ifanybreaksinthescreenorweldsareobserved,
replacethearrester.
4.Ifthescreenisplugged,removethearrester,and
shakelooseparticlesoutofthearresterandcleanthe
screenwithawirebrush(soakinsolventifnecessary).
Reinstallthearresterontheexhaustoutlet.

ServiceInterval:Every500hours/Yearly(whichevercomes
rst)(moreoftenindirtyordusty
conditions).
Thefuellterislocatedneartheengineonthefrontorrear
sideoftheengine.
1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrolleversto
theneutrallockedposition,andsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Allowthemachinetocooldown.
4.Closethefuelshutoffvalveundertheseat(
Figure59).
