EachHydraulicSystemOilCapacity:52ounces(1.5L)
persidewithlterchange
CheckingtheHydraulicOil
ServiceInterval:Every50hours—Checkthehydraulicoil
level.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrolleversto
theneutrallockedpositionandsettheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
4.Allowtheengineandhydraulicsystemtocoolfor10
minutes.
Note:Theoillevelonthedipstickwillbeincorrect
whentheoilischeckedandtheunitishot.
5.Movetheseatforward.
6.Cleantheareaaroundthedipsticksofhydraulicsystem
reservoirs(Figure81).
7.Removeonedipstickfromthehydraulicreservoir
(
Figure81).
8.Wipethedipstickoffandthreadthedipstickintothe
reservoir.
9.Removethedipstickandlookattheend(Figure81).
Iftheoillevelisattheaddmark,slowlypouronly
enoughoilintothehydraulicreservoirtoraisethelevel
tothefullorHline.
Important:Donotoverllthehydraulicunits
withoilasdamagemayoccur.Donotrunthe
machinewiththeoilbelowtheaddmark.
10.Installthedipstick.
11.Repeatthisprocedurefortheoppositedipstick.

systembeforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem.
Makesureallhydraulicoilhosesandlines
areingoodconditionandallhydraulic
connectionsandttingsaretightbefore
applyingpressuretohydraulicsystem.
