Installing the Bafes
Machines with 50in or 60in Decks
Only
Parts needed for this procedure:

Baf e (50in decks only)
1
Bagging cutof f baf e (60in decks only)
Front baf e (60in decks only)

Carriage bolt
1 Push-nut
1 Locknut
Machines with 50in Decks
1. Remove the existing baf e from the machine.

2. Install the new small baf e to the mower deck
at the same location as the previously removed
baf e.
Note: Use the existing fasteners secure the
new small baf e to the mower deck.

Machines with 60in Decks
Never operate the mower with the discharge opening
uncovered. Always use a discharge cover , mulch
cover , or bagging chute when operating the mower
deck.
1. Remove the existing baf e from the machine.

2. Install the new bagging cutof f baf e to the mower
deck at the same location as the previously
removed baf e.
