1.Withthemachineonalevelsurface,positionthe
wheelsothatthecheck/drainplug(Figure56)isat
thelowestposition.

2.Placeadrainpanunderthehub,removetheplug,
andallowtheoiltodrain.
3.Whenalloftheoilhasdrained,positionthewheel
sothattheplugholeisatthetenortwoo’clock
position.
4.Placeadrainpanunderthebrakehousingonthe
othersideofthewheel(Figure57).
5.Removetheplugfromthebottomofthehousing
andallowtheoiltodrain.
6.Whenalloftheoilhasdrained,installtheplugin
thehousing.
7.Removecheckplugfrombrakehousing(Figure57).
8.AddhighqualitySAE85W-140wtgearlubetothe
planetaryllhole(atthetenortwoo’clockposition)
andtothecheckholeinbrakehousinguntilthe
levelisuptothebottomoftheplanetaryandbrake
housingcheckholes.Capacityisapproximately16
oz.(0.5l).
9.Installtheplugs.
10.Repeattheprocedureontheoppositegearassembly.
