5.Installthebatterycoverandsecurewiththe
clips.

1.Positionthedebrisbloweronaat,levelsurface.
2.Insertthehitchtubeintotheframebrackets
(Figure4).Securethetubetotheframewith2
bolts(3/8x3inches)andangenuts(3/8inch)
andtorqueto40N⋅m(30ft-lb).

1.Backthetowvehicleuptotheblower.
2.Adjusttheblowerhitchclevistothesamelevel
asthetowvehiclehitchasfollows:
•Setthehitchtubeonajackstandtokeepit
paralleltotheground.
•Removetheboltsandlocknutssecuringthe
hitchclevis(Figure4)tothehitchtube.
•Raiseorlowerthehitchclevistotheposition
approximatelylevelwiththetowvehicle
hitch.
•Securetheclevistothehitchwiththebolts
andlocknutspreviouslyremovedandtorque
to203N⋅m(150ft-lb).Makesuredebris
blowerframeisparallelwiththeground.
3.Adjustthehitchtubelengthtoassuretheblower
doesnotcontactthetowvehiclewhenturning
asfollows:
