amperageastheoneyouarereplacing;otherwise,you
coulddamagetheelectricalsystem.Refertothedecal
onthebackoftheseatforthefunctionandamperage
ofeachfuse.
ServicingtheBattery
ChargingtheBattery
WARNING
Chargingthebatteryproducesgasesthatcan
explode,seriouslyinjuringyouorbystanders.
Neversmokenearthebattery,andkeepsparksand
amesawayfromthebattery.
Important:Alwayskeepthebatteryfullycharged.This
isespeciallyimportanttopreventbatterydamagewhen
thetemperatureisbelow0°C(32°F).
1.Chargethebatteryfor10to15minutesat25to30
A,or30minutesat10A.
2.Whenthebatteryisfullycharged,unplugthecharger
fromtheelectricaloutlet,anddisconnectthecharger
leadsfromthebatteryposts(Figure53).
3.Installthebatteryinthemachineandconnectthe
batterycables;refertoInstallingtheBattery(page44).
