High transmission pressure due to excessive traction load could be the cause, so reduce the traction load. Damaged transmission fan(s) should be replaced. Contaminated hydraulic oil or oil with excessively light viscosity should be replaced with the correct oil. A plugged hydraulic oil filter should be replaced. Finally, worn or damaged transmission(s) should be repaired or replaced.

Verify the oil level in the right side hydraulic reservoir and add oil if low. The charge pump pressure or flow in the RH transmission may be insufficient, so repair or replace the charge pump. A worn or damaged charge pump in the RH transmission should be repaired or replaced. If the implement (lift) relief valve in the RH transmission is stuck open, repair or replace it. Lastly, the groomer lift cylinder may have internal leaks, so repair or replace the lift cylinder.
