  The hydraulic system may be operating hot due to several reasons. The hydraulic oil level in the reservoirs could be low, so add hydraulic oil to the reservoirs. The parking brake adjustment might be incorrect, causing the brake to drag, so adjust the parking brake. The transmission bypass valve lever(s) could be partially open, so close the transmission bypass valve lever(s). High transmission pressure due to excessive traction load could be the cause, so reduce the traction load. Damaged transmission fan(s) should be replaced. Contaminated hydraulic oil or oil with excessively light viscosity should be replaced with the correct oil. A plugged hydraulic oil filter should be replaced. Finally, worn or damaged transmission(s) should be repaired or replaced.

Check the groomer lift cylinder for binding or breakage; repair or replace if necessary. Also, inspect the groomer lift arm bushings for binding; repair or replace them. Verify the oil level in the right side hydraulic reservoir and add oil if low. The charge pump pressure or flow in the RH transmission may be insufficient, so repair or replace the charge pump. A worn or damaged charge pump in the RH transmission should be repaired or replaced. If the implement (lift) relief valve in the RH transmission is stuck open, repair or replace it. Lastly, the groomer lift cylinder may have internal leaks, so repair or replace the lift cylinder.
