oilandlter.
RellwithserviceclassSG,SH,SJorhigheroilas
speciedinthe“ViscosityGrades”table.
Changetheoilandlterwhiletheengineisstillwarm.
Theoilwillowmorefreelyandcarryawaymore
impurities.Makesuretheengineislevelwhenlling,
checking,orchangingtheoil.
Changetheoilandoillterasfollows:
1.Parkthemachinesothatthedrainsideisslightly
lowerthantheoppositesidetoassuretheoildrains
completely.
2.Disengagethebladecontrolswitchandmovethe
motioncontrolsoutwardtotheparkposition.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Cleantheareaaroundthedrainvalveandonthe
machineframe.Locatetheoildrainhoseandslide
itoverthedrainvalve(
Figure29).
