ControlsSystem
Maintenance
Thefactoryadjuststhecontrolsbeforeshippingthetraction
unit.However,aftermanyhoursofuse,youmayneedto
adjustthetractioncontrolalignment,theneutralpositionof
thetractioncontrol,andthetrackingofthetractioncontrol
inthefullforwardposition.
Important:Toadjustthecontrolsproperly,complete
eachprocedureintheorderlisted.
AdjustingtheTractionControl
Alignment
Ifthetractioncontrolbardoesnotrestushandsquare
withthereferencebarwheninthefullbackwardposition,
immediatelycompletethefollowingprocedure:
1.Parkthetractionunitonaatsurfaceandlowerthe
loaderarm.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Pullstraightbackonthetractioncontrolsothefront
ofthecontrolcontactsthereferencebar(Figure54).
