6.Rotateandinspectthebelt(Figure63)forsigns
ofexcessivewearordamage.
Note:Replacethebeltifitisexcessivelyworn

thestarterdownintheslotuntilthebelttension
onlyallows6mm(1/4inch)beltdeectionwith
44N∙m(10ft-lb)offorce(Figure63).
5.Tightenthepivotnuthandtight,andremovethe
prybar(Figure63).
6.T orquethepivotnutto88to115N∙m(65to85
ft-lb).
7.Lowerthecargobed.
