TowingaTrailer
Themachineiscapableofpullingtrailers.Atowhitch
isavailableforthemachine.Contactyourauthorized
Torodistributorfordetails.
Whenhaulingcargoortowingatrailer,donot
overloadyourmachineortrailer.Overloadingeither
themachineorthetrailercancausepoorperformance
ordamagetothebrakes,axle,engine,transaxle,
steering,suspension,bodystructure,ortires.
Alwaysloadatrailerwith60%ofthecargoweightin
thefrontofthetrailer.Thisplacesapproximately10%
ofthegrosstrailerweight(GTW)onthetowhitchof
themachine.
Toprovideadequatebrakingandtraction,alwaysload
thecargobedwhenusingatrailer.Donotexceed
theGTWorGVWlimits.
Avoidparkingamachinewithatraileronahill.Ifyou
mustparkonahill,engagetheparkingbrake,and
chockthetiresofthetrailer.
