1.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
2.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.

3.Placedrainpanunderlter,removetheoldlter
andwipethelteradaptergasketsurfaceclean

5.Ifchangingtheoil,allowthehydraulicoiltodrain
fromthetankwhentheoillterisremoved.

7.Fillthehydraulictankwithhydraulicuiduntilthe
uidoverowsthelterandthenturntheoillter
clockwiseuntiltherubbergasketcontactsthelter
adapter,thentightenthelteranadditional1/2turn

8.Cleanupanyspilleduid.
9.Adduidtothecoldlevelofthebafeinthe
hydraulictank.
10.Starttheengineandletitrunforabouttwominutes
topurgeairfromthesystem.Stoptheengineand
checkforleaks.Ifoneorbothwheelswillnotdrive,
refertoBleedingHydraulicSystem.
11.Rechecktheuidlevelwhiletheuidiswarm.The
uidshouldbebetweencoldandhot.
12.Ifrequired,adduidtothehydraulictank.Donot
overll.

Thetractionsystemisselfbleeding,however,itmaybe
necessarytobleedthesystemifuidischangedorafter
workisperformedonthesystem.
1.Raiserearofthemachinesowheelsareoffthe
groundandsupportwithjackstands.
2.Starttheengineandrunatlowidlespeed.Engage
theleverandtractionononesideandspinthewheel
byhand.
3.Whenthewheelbeginstospinonitsown,keepit
engageduntilwheeldrivessmoothly.(minimum
2minutes)
4.Checkhydraulicuidlevelandaddasrequiredto
maintainproperlevel.
5.Repeatthisprocedureontheoppositewheel.
CheckingtheHydraulicHoses
ServiceInterval:Every100hours
Checkthehydraulichosesforleaks,loosettings,
kinkedlines,loosemountingsupports,wear,weather
andchemicaldeterioration.Makenecessaryrepairs
beforeoperating.
Note:Keepareasaroundthehydraulicsystemclean
fromgrassanddebrisbuildup.
