5. Repeat step 2 to 4 to add all recipients you require.
SUPPLEMENT: • You can remove the contacts that you added in the recipient list before saving the
destination settings.

6. Click [Save].
• The contacts are added as the destinations.
Selecting the recipients from the address book
By this method, you can select recipients from the address book.
1. Click [Destination Setting] to open the Recipient List page.
2. Click [Address Book].
• The Address Book page is displayed.
3. Check the Email boxes of the users you want to add as the
Email recipients or Internet Fax recipients, and check the Fax
boxes of users you want to add as the Fax recipients.
NOTES: • When you are creating the Scan to Email template, only the Email check boxes are
displayed in the Address Book page.
