Acceleration/Deceleration Pattern 1
Program Special ACC/DEC 1 – 4 Settings
This parameter enables a user-selected preprogrammed output
profile that controls the acceleration and deceleration pattern for
the 1 Accel/Decel parameters (see F009 and F010).
Settings:
0 — Linear
1 — S-Pattern 1
2 — S-Pattern 2
The figures below provide a profile of the available accel/decel
patterns.

Changeable During Run — Yes
Linear acceleration and deceleration is
the default pattern and is used on most
applications.
S-pattern 1 is used for applications that
require quick acceleration and
deceleration. This setting is also popular
for applications that require shock
absorption at the start of acceleration or
deceleration.
S-pattern 2 decreases the rate of
change above the base frequency for
acceleration and deceleration.
