⑧ Turbo fan 1) Turn the flange nut (M10) in the
counter-clockwise direction and take it off.
2) Pull out the turbo fan from the fan
motor shaft.
<Attention for turbo fan assemble>
The tightening torque of the flange nut
is 5N·m.
⑨ Fan motor 1) Remove screws for motor holder,
and take off the motor holder.
2) Take off the lead cover.
<Attention for motor holder assemble>
1. Arrange the earth lead and fan
motor lead.
2. Adjust the motor axis to the center
of the motor holder then fix screws 4 pcs.
⑩ Fan motor A method to take off a fan motor in a
condition taking on a heat exchanger.
1) Take off pipe holder and remove
screws for heat exchanger. (refer to ③)
2) Remove screws for the bell mouth.
(refer to ⑥)
