4.8 Display assembly
Removing the display assembly
The following describes the procedure for removing the display assembly (See Figure 4-8-1
to 4-8-4).
1. Close the display and turn the computer upside down.
2. Remove the battery pack, HDD Door, ODD, HDD, Keyboard and Base.
3. Disconnect the speaker cable, power FFC, button FFC and LCD cable following the
direction of arrows.( Figure 4-8-1)
4. Disconnect the wireless cable and lift up the DC cable. ( Figure 4-8-2)
5. Remove MB screws and hinge screws. ( Figure 4-8-3)
